All our products (Mailzor, Gympify, NitroFIT28) are distributed as self-hosted software assets. By purchasing a license, you receive 100% of the unencrypted Laravel and Vue/Quasar source code files. You host it entirely on your own virtual private server (VPS) or bare-metal hardware. There are no monthly platform fees, no member/subscriber limitations, and no vendor lock-in. Your software, databases, and customer records remain completely in your custody.

• Regular License: Authorizes deployment for a single standalone brand on a single domain or location. Ideal for independent operators running their own private operational platform. Reselling, compiling SaaS subscriptions for other businesses, or stripping global brand copyrights is not permitted.
• Extended License: Grants unlimited standalone client installations, 100% white-label rights (removing all Coderstm signatures to run fully under your own brand), and commercial permission to resell compiled instances or charge B2B tenants under a subscription model.

Every standard license includes 30 days of free developer technical support beginning on your purchase date. Support covers verified bug fixes in our unmodified codebase and basic deployment guidance to ensure the system compiles on servers that meet our system requirements. It strictly excludes custom feature development, feature additions, styling customization, configuring third-party SMS/WhatsApp/SMTP gateways, local environment troubleshooting (Docker/XAMPP), and active VPS/server setups or DevOps services. Extended licenses receive priority queue responses. All customers receive lifetime free upgrades to new releases of the product they purchased.

All acquisitions of our unencrypted developer source code products are final and non-refundable. Because the complete technical core, database schemas, and companion application stubs are fully accessible immediately upon download, digital delivery is instant and statutory withdrawal rights do not apply. We advise all engineering teams to deeply inspect our fully functional sandbox environments and verify server compatibility before purchase.

Mailzor communicates directly with AWS SES via the official SDK. Enter your AWS access credentials in the admin settings panel. Opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints are processed in real time through secure SNS webhooks — automatically cleaning your lists of inactive addresses without manual intervention.

Mailzor's delivery engine includes automatic SMTP failover. If SES encounters rate-limiting or a connection fault, the queue dispatcher silently routes to your secondary SMTP gateway (SendGrid, Mailgun, or your own server). Campaigns continue without delay or manual intervention.

Yes. Every tracking request passes through the integrated BotDetectorService, which identifies security scanners, crawlers, and email preview clients (Google, Slack, LinkedIn bots) and logs them separately. Your open rate and click rate metrics only reflect genuine subscriber interactions.

Gympify is built on a zero-trust multi-database isolation paradigm managed via stancl/tenancy. When a new gym workspace is provisioned, the core engine creates a separate database schema instantly. There is no shared table risk—each tenant is completely isolated, ensuring extreme data integrity, absolute performance security, and a robust defense against cross-tenant data leaks.

Yes — that is the primary use case for the Extended License. You deploy Gympify on your own server under your own domain, configure your subscription tiers via the central admin dashboard, and collect recurring payments from gym owners using pre-integrated Stripe Cashier or PayPal Billing. Gym owners never see the Gympify or Coderstm name — they experience your brand exclusively.

Yes. Gympify supports custom domain mapping out of the box. Gym owners point their domain or subdomain to your server via a CNAME or A record, and the platform's routing layer automatically serves their isolated tenant workspace at that address. No additional configuration or plugin is required.

Yes. Every license tier includes 100% of the Quasar + Capacitor hybrid mobile app source code for both the member-facing and trainer-facing apps. You can customize the branding — icons, splash screens, colors — and compile native iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk/.aab) builds independently. Gympify integrates natively with ZKTeco biometric devices via the WDMS/ADMS protocol through our GateCloud middleware layer. When a member's subscription is active, their profile syncs automatically to connected turnstiles and gate controllers. Supported entry methods include fingerprint, face ID, RFID card, and PIN. Yes. The companion app is built with Quasar Framework + Capacitor, which generates standard native builds for both iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk / .aab). You replace the app name, icons, splash screens, and color theme with your gym's brand assets, then submit directly to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The front-desk POS and ZKTeco biometric gate validation can operate entirely over your local LAN without internet, as member data is cached locally on the hardware device. However, syncing member status updates (e.g., new subscriptions or freezes) to connected gates, processing Stripe card transactions, and sending SMS/push notifications all require active internet access.

No. Coderstm is a software company; we do not manufacture, sell, or ship biometric turnstiles, RFID scanners, or physical POS hardware terminals. NitroFIT28 is the software operating system that connects to them. You are solely responsible for procuring, mounting, and wiring ZKTeco Turnstiles or standard RFID gate controllers at your facility.
