What happens if Amazon SES is unavailable?
Mailzor's delivery engine includes automatic SMTP failover. If SES encounters rate-limiting or a fault, the queue dispatcher silently routes to your secondary SMTP gateway. Campaigns continue without delay.
Does the analytics system filter bot traffic?
Yes. Every tracking request passes through the integrated BotDetectorService, which identifies and isolates security scanners and email preview clients. Your metrics only reflect genuine subscriber interactions.
